Abstract
Differentiating atrio-ventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) from orthodromic atrio-ventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) can be problematic. Differences in His bundle-atrial (HA) intervals during supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) and ventricular pacing in sinus rhythm facilitate diagnosis, but would be better analyzed during ongoing tachycardia when retrogradely conducting structures are operative. The ΔHA interval (HA Entrain - HA SVT) during entrainment of SVT from the ventricle has not been studied.
