Abstract

Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) is a non-invasive cancer treatment that uses many small, precise rays to deliver large doses to tumors at extracranial sites in 1 to 5 treatments. Currently, SBRT has become an alternative treatment for early-stage Non-Small Lung Cancer (NSCLC) if patients are inoperable. It provides high rates of local control and increase survival rates at the population level. This systematic review aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of SBRT treatment in patient with early-stage NSCLC.
