Abstract
A 68-year-old man with history of DM type II, and BPH. In Mar 2019, he presented with right-sided abdominal mass. Abdominal CT scans showed right multiple internal septate cystic adrenal mass with 15.2 cm in sized. Right adrenalectomy and nephrectomy were done. Pathology reports showed a malignant epithelioid neoplasm with free margin, found tumor necrosis and mitosis 5/50 HPF. IHC showed positive CD56, NSE, CAM5.2, EMA, Vimentin, SMA, CD31, ERG, FLI-1, MDM2 and negative for synaptophysin, chromogranin, GFAP, S100, AE1/AE3, PAX8, Inhibin, MelanA, HMB45, Desmin, and Calponin.
