Abstract

Traditional treatment of aortic arch aneurysm requires open surgery and debranching of the head and neck vessels. This has risk of brain and spinal ischaemia and is riskier for those who undergo a redo aortic surgery. We report our first experience using an endovascular method to tackle this problem with aortic arch stenting.
