Abstract
Peripheral blood lymphocytes are commonly analyzed for karyotypes among infertile men, especially with azoospermia. These men commonly have sex chromosome anamolies in number or morphology. Recently, fluorescence in-situ hybridization has been applied using sex-chromosome specific probes to investigate more subtle defects in chromosome structure. Our study sought to define the prevalence of low-level sex chromosome mosaicism among a consecutive series of infertile men.
