Abstract

Lynch syndrome is caused by germline mutations of DNA mismatch repair (MMR) genes, which increases risk of specific cancer types, especially colorectal and/or endometrial carcinoma. With the wide spread of Next generation sequencing (NGS), certain lung cancer patients were found to have Lynch syndrome. The clinical and genomic features of these patients in Asian are largely unknown.
