Abstract

Pace-mapping has been used to identify the site of origin of focal ventricular arrhythmias. The spatial resolution of pace-mapping has not been described in a systematic manner with currently available technology. In this study we assessed the accuracy and spatial resolution of pace-mapping in a consecutive series of 16 patients with idiopathic ventricular ectopy originating in the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT).
