Abstract

Several complications such as cardiac tamponade, systemic emboli, atrioesophageal fistula may occurred during catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF). We described a rare case of right pulmonary vein (PV) laceration immediately detected by transoesophageal echocardiography (TEE).
