Abstract

CF affects people from different ethnic backgrounds. People of colour (PoC) may experience unique psychosocial challenges in living with CF. Since the introduction of modulator therapies, and an associated fall in inpatient admissions, outpatient Psychology has become an increasingly important part of CF psychological care. The project aimed to investigate whether outpatient Psychology was accessible to PoC. It also aimed to consider themes discussed during therapeutic work with PoC, to help inform future care priorities.
