Abstract

Cystic fibrosis can lead to electrolyte imbalance. Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulator therapies target the underlying cause of cystic fibrosis (CF) and also could change the ions’ status. However, there is a lack of evidence on whether the electrolyte level in the blood differs after CFTR modulator treatment.
