Abstract

The case is a 75-year-old man with a smoking history of 90 pack-years.A year before admission, he was diagnosed as interstitial pneumonia, and was observed by chest X-ray. He noticed a progressive right-sided hemiplegia and aphasia, and he was seen by a neurosurgeon. On the MRI, multiple brain tumors, totally three lesions, bilateral frontal lobe, and right cerebellum were noticed. On the CT scan, mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes bulky mass were admitted, and was diagnosed as lung cancer of the hilum with multiple brain metastases.
