Abstract

Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) has been used to treat people with CFLD for years, and usually started in childhood or adolescence. This study aims to assess the effect of stopping UDCA on Liver Function Tests (LFT’s) and liver stiffness measurement (LSM) using ultrasound shear wave elastography of adult patients with CF-related liver disease (PwCFLD) under the care of the All Wales Adult CF Centre (AWACFC).
