Abstract
MABSC causes chronic infection in people with CF (pwCF). Current guidelines do not recommend treatment after first isolation, assuming spontaneous clearance in many patients without development of non-tuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease (NTM-PD). We explored the accuracy of this assumption and whether time to treatment influences outcome.
