Abstract

In patients late after surgical repair of congenital heart disease (CHD), areas with abnormal electrophysiological properties may either serve as slow conducting pathways within a macro-reentrant circuit or may be the source of focal atrial tachycardia (FAT). The role of these abnormal areas during atrial tachycardia was evaluated prior to ablation.
