Abstract

Maternal stress and depression during pregnancy and early postnatal period have been associated with depressive symptoms and altered brain structure in young adult offspring, but their impact on functional connectivity (FC) is less well-understood. Here, we set out to identify multivariate relationships between FC within multiple cortical networks and maternal adverstiy (stress and depression) assessed at multiple timepoints.
