Abstract

Conventional type 1 dendritic cells (cDC1s) mediate antigen cross-presentation to cytotoxic T-lymphocytes and participate in adaptive anti-tumor immune responses. The abundance, tumor tissue distribution and clinical significance of cDC1s in human lung cancer remain poorly understood. In this study, we spatially mapped cDC1s and other DC subsets in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and studied their contribution to tumor immune infiltration and treatment-specific outcomes.
