Abstract

analysis of peripheral blood plasma biomarkers of Ab40, Ab42, IL-10, TTau, P-Tau181 and IL-6 concentration. Results: One-way ANOVA analysis of Ab40 and IL-10 had statistically significant difference among three groups (P <0.001 and P 1⁄4 0.020). With Ab40 42.70 as the cutoff point, the ability of discriminating between AD and NC was sensitivity 80.0, specificity 69.6. Conclusions: The blood plasma Ab40 had the ability to distinguish between AD and NC. The results of plasma biomarkers in present research cannot distinguish between aMCI and NC.
