Abstract

Previously wwCF and impaired lung function (ppFEV1<50%) were counselled against pregnancy due to correlation with adverse obstetric and neonatal outcomes. Increasing pregnancy rates among wwCF since ETI availability warrants review of outcomes according to pre-conception spirometric status.
