Abstract

Obsolete penicillin allergy labels negatively impact patient outcomes. Primary care physicians (PCPs) could play a key role in identifying patients for penicillin allergy de-labeling. The purpose of this study was to assess how PCPs manage antibiotic allergies and what barriers exist to de-labeling.
