Abstract

BACKGROUND CONTEXT: Cervical arthroplasty has successfully been substituting anterior cervical decompression and fusion (ACDF). Bryan's Cervical Disc Prosthesis is intended to preserve motion of the operated segment in comparison with fusion. Kyphosis, on the other hand, is reported to be one of the frequently encountered phenomenon following insertion of the prosthesis.
