Abstract

A man in his 80‘s with past hepatitis B virus infection and postoperative lung adenocarcinoma at his 70‘s, was diagnosed with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and underwent laparoscopic extended right posterior segmentectomy. Histopathological examination revealed StageIIIA combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CC) with sarcomatous change (pT3N0M0). Gemcitabine plus cisplatin (GC) therapy was administered as a postoperative adjuvant therapy with reference to the chemotherapy for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
