Abstract

Specialized centered clinical care for cystic fibrosis (CF) in Republic of Moldova has been implemented since the mid 2000s. However, with no neonatal screening, the diagnosis is late and complications like malnourishment and high prevalence of P. aeruginosa infection at diagnosis are common.
