Abstract
Introduction: Locoregional recurrence following curative treatment of breast cancer is associated with poor survival outcome and the accepted rates are up to 1% per year. ABS recommend that every breast unit should audit individual recurrence rates. Working in liaison with cancer services, we set up a system for continuous audit of recurrence rates and present the results from our institution.
