Abstract
Locally advanced airway obstructive NSCLC poses serious management challenges for oncologist due to coexisting obstructive pneumonia and hypoxemia. Although rigid bronchoscopic techniques have been largely replaced by flexible bronchoscopy in this century, therapeutic rigid bronchoscopy remains an important tool in the management of airway obstruction.
