Abstract

Objectives: Upper airway (UAW) obstruction is not usually assessed in the routine care of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) in PwCF. SPAS device produces a pulsatile aerosol that deposits approximately 28 times more drugs in the paranasal cavities than a nasal spray. The aim of our study is to evaluate the effect of 6% mucochlear solution administered by SPAS on CPP and CRS.
