Abstract

In real-world studies, mortality data quality impacts the key endpoint, overall survival (OS). We evaluated the mortality data quality of our composite real-world dataset, benchmarked against the government-sourced data as a gold standard dataset, to develop a high-quality mortality dataset for retrospective and prospective real-world evidence.
