Abstract
Objectives: The CF population is changing with improved quality of life and a longer lifespan, in part due to wider access to highly effective modulator therapy (HEMT). Healthcare utilisation is reducing with a rising number of virtual clinics. Subsequent changes in the needs and attitudes of people with CF (PwCF) to clinical care and clinic attendance may impact their views on enrolling in clinical trials. This study investigated the views of PwCF on HEMT attending the All-Wales Adult CF Centre (AWACFC) to enhance future trial design and recruitment.
