P08.13: Relationship between right lung area to chest size ratio and left lung area to chest size ratio in normal fetuses by three‐dimensional ultrasound using the multiplanar method

was 60 mm. The mean of the anteroposterior diameter was 16 mm. The low value was 13.7 mm and the maximum value of the free loop in the anteroposterior diameter was 20 mm. Mean fetal weigh 2315 grams. Mean gestational age to delivery 35 weeks. Thirty seven point five of the newborn had complications 37.5% (obstruction, appendicitis). Mean overall length stay of intensive unit care was 17 days. Conclusions: Measurement of the free loop in the small bowel is a good marker to prevent ischemia (60 mm per 16 mm). Preterm delivery gives better outcome to the newborn with Gastroschisis after 34 weeks and the mean overall length stay in the intensive unit care if half in comparison with the last report. We need more data’s to see the best gestational age to delivery fetus with gastroschisis without complications.
