Fixed drug eruption (FDE) is a common delayed hypersensitivity reaction, often misdiagnosed, characterized by oval, hyperpigmented cutaneous lesions. Common medications causing FDE include antibiotics, analgesics, anticonvulsants, and muscle relaxants. We present a case of chlorthalidone-induced Bullous FDE.
