Abstract
Objectives: Although the prevalence of molecular genetic testing is high, the occurrence of cystic fibrosis (CF) in more than one child in a family is not rare. It is believed that the identic genotype in sibs causes the same course of the disease. The aim of this study is to investigate the genotype-phenotype correlation in sibs including twins with CF from one family.
