Abstract
Horse Anti-Thymocyte Globulin (hATG) is the treatment of choice for specific populations of severe aplastic anemia patients. Due to high frequency of adverse reactions, the manufacturer (ATGAM®) recommends epicutaneous testing with subsequent intradermal testing prior to each treatment. The safety and aggregated outcomes of the current protocol is unknown.
