Abstract
We verified about the multiple distribution method to supply the divided sample to the channel selected among the branched channels. The pneumatic micro dispenser chip that can divide liquids into 10nL each has been developed successfully. From the dispensing experimental result, the problem that it is difficult to supply the divided liquid properly to the channel (reactor) selected among branched channels has occurred. Therefore, we investigated that the issue was caused by the air compression in the micro channel and The dispenser chip was improved in order to supply the divided liquid properly to micro channel. The experimental result using improved chip provided us the effectiveness of the improvement. The micro dispenser chip with manipulation of nanoliter volume is useful for portable health care devices.
