Abstract
Accurate measurement and correction of OLED displays at the pixel level requires a novel approach utilizing multiple high resolution cameras. This impacts all OLED displays including cell phones, tablets, wearables, virtual reality, near‐to‐eye, and augmented reality devices. High resolution measurement makes it possible to detect, measure and correct every pixel.
