Abstract
AbstractInfluence of the different concentration of Mg in ZnS powder precursor on properties of derived phosphors has been investigated. for this were synthesized ZnS: Cu, Mn phosphors co‐doped with different amount of Mg, introduced with MgCl2×6H2O. Comparison of properties shows that a small amount of Mg increases the brightness of the photo and electroluminescence. However, further increase in Mg content leads to a sharp decrease in brightness of the electroluminescence and a small shift of the spectrum to the shorter wavelengths.
