P-83 The efficacy of chemotherapy for gastric cancer with early recurrence during or after adjuvant S-1

Abstract

Adjuvant chemotherapy with S-1 monotherapy after curative gastrectomy is one of the standard treatments in Japan for patients with gastric cancer (GC). Reportedly, early recurrence during or within 6 months after adjuvant chemotherapy has a poor prognosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of chemotherapy for GC with early recurrence during or after adjuvant chemotherapy of S-1.
