Abstract
In this paper, LCD in‐cell self‐capacitive sensor using 3D detection driving method for proximity 50mm is proposed. Based on self‐capacitive sensor and 3D detection driving method, proximity signal is 0.249pF in our simulation system. This paper also shows that the 50mm height slug can be detected with Novatek LCD TDDI NT36523 and PCB sensor board.
