Abstract

Previous studies have suggested that GnRH agonist trigger during IVF treatment may adversely affect implantation rates. This may be due to inadequate luteal phase and early pregnancy steroidal concentrations induced by early luteolysis. We evaluated the effect of GnRH agonist trigger on implantation and pregnancy rates in high-risk patients who used a different luteal phase steroidal supplementation protocol than that used in previous studies.
