Abstract

A design of adhesion reinforced structures was introduced in this study. It was made of negative photoresist and played the role of anti‐peeling. It had a parallel linear shape in the plane and an inverted trapezoidal shape in the section. When bending at 1mm bending radius, the reinforced structure delayed the occurrence of bending failure and limited crack propagation. The promotion of 180°peeling force was over 1000%. Furthermore, it improved pulling force by 16.8% and crush‐resistant by 7.5%. No pixel shrinkage and dark spots appeared when stored in an environment of 85% humidity and at 85 ℃ over 500 hours.
