Abstract
To evaluate fertility patients’ preferences about and attitudes toward gamete donation. We assessed three main areas: 1) Which gamete donor do patients prefer (i.e., anonymous donor, friend, or family member)?; 2) What type of gamete donor program structure to patients prefer (open versus anonymous)? and 3) How much and what type of information would patients share with children conceived through donor gametes?
