Abstract

Coronary artery aneurysm after stent implantation is a rare complication, the reported incidence being 0.3%–6% and most are pseudoaneurysms. Extraluminal migration of previously implanted drug eluting stent several months after deployment is extremely rare. We report two unusual cases of extraluminal migration of deployed stent in right coronary artery due to pseudoaneurysm.
