Abstract
Many cytokines and chemokines are differentially expressed in decidua cell and trophoblast cell and play an important role in the cross-talk between decidua and conceptus. The purpose of study is to investigate the role of mifepristone in regulating cytokines and chemokines of feto-maternal interface during trophoblast invasion process and its possible molecular mechanism in early medical abortion.
