Abstract
Some evidence suggest that inherited thrombophilias (IT), such as factor V Leiden, prothrombin and C677T MTHFR mutations affect IVF outcomes. MTHFR polymorphism, unlike the other two mutations, has a relatively high frequency throughout the population. Our purpose is to evaluate the IVF outcomes in women with heterozygous and homozygous C677T MTHFR mutations and compare to women without IT.
