Abstract
Benefits of gastric bypass (GB) over the control of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in morbid obese patients are well known even though the mechanism implicated have not been yet elucidated. However little is known about remission of T2DM after a sleeve gastrectomy (SG) procedure. The aim of our study was to compare the outcomes of T2DM after those procedures.
