Abstract

The effects of single‐color RGB pixel aging on SDR organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays were studied using TVs aged over the course of 1200 hours. The results of aging show large amounts of image retention through a reduction of luminance up to a maximum of 5 nits. The difference in anti‐aging compensation was observed and discussed between different brands of commercial displays.
