Abstract
Cytochrome P450 17α-hydroxylase/17,20-lyase (CYP17) is critical in androgen biosynthesis, and the augmented expression of CYP17 mRNA was proven in the theca cells from PCOS . Our study is set to investigate the inhibition of the expression of CYP17 gene induced by RNA interference.
