Abstract

Along with the concept of "Industry 4.0" in recent years, intelligent manufacturing has been increasingly emphasized by many enterprises in the production process. In the display industry, the normal and efficient operation of industrial robots is directly related to the output and yield of a company 's products. The "failure warning system" introduced in this paper enables real‐time monitoring and analysis of key parameters of the robot. This ensures that the status and operation of the robot's components are always available, so that maintenance can be planned in advance and uncontrollable downtime can be avoided
