Abstract
An 8 inch WQXGA TFT‐LCD prototype with bi‐directional integrated gate driver circuit by using a‐Si:H TFTs which can stabilize the floating of gate line has been fabricated. The border size of the proposed gate driver circuit is below 1 mm. High temperature operation (HTO) within 300 hours without failure shows the useful stabilization of the proposed panel.
