Abstract
AbstractA unified method that evaluates uniformity grade for both luminance and color components has been developed. The S‐CIELAB color system is introduced to realize the visual perceptual characteristics. The experimental results showed strong relations between human sensory evaluation scores and the proposed mura index E values.
