P‐29: Solution‐processed Single‐walled Carbon Nanotube Thin Film Transistors In‐situ Patterned by Inkjet‐printing of Surface Treatment Material

Abstract

We introduce inkjet printing of Poly‐L‐Lysine (PLL) technique to in‐situ pattern the solution‐processed and directly deposited random networks of single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT). And based on this technique, we successfully implemented 8 × 8 SWCNT thin film transistors (TFTs) array on the Si/SiO2 substrate.
