Abstract
IGZO TFT‐based µLED pixel circuit was proposed. We utilized PWM to improve the wavelength shifts of µLED and applied progressive emission, which easily controls the emission current and emission time for low power consumption. We demonstrated the stable operation in the proposed pixel circuit based on depletion mode IGZO TFTs.
